Our Team.

What sets this practice apart is its unwavering belief in the inherent value of every individual: YOU MATTER! Each clinician is committed to providing care, respect, and mental health services to all, placing special emphasis on diverse groups often marginalized in society.

From Brandi:

My goal is to work in a partnership with clients to assist them in recognizing their own strengths, self-worth, and resilience to promote growth and positive changes. I have 14+ years of mental health experience (including individual, family/couples, and group therapy) addressing a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges including past hurts (trauma), substance use, depression, anger, anxiety, self-destructive behavior, loss of touch with reality, relationship issues, and various types of adjustments to life changes. My ideal client is one who is overcoming adversity.

My therapy style is relaxed and centered on the belief that ALL individuals are deserving of care and respect. I seek to create a comfortable, non-judgmental, and supportive environment where individuals can process and explore issues and/or stressors while also gaining greater understanding and discovery of themselves.

I believe that a meaningful relationship with a therapist based on trust is ESSENTIAL in our collaborative therapeutic process.

Specialized interests/training:

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy

From Amy:

Thank you for taking the time to consider me as your therapist. As a therapist, I value our therapeutic relationship. Therapy isn't an easy journey or always an enjoyable path, but I want to be congruent in our efforts toward a valuable, healthy life together. My values are honesty and openness as I help create a cozy, secular,  nonjudgmental atmosphere. To help is my co-worker Penny, who is a trained therapy animal, 50 lbs of unconditional, furry love.

My style is a blend of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral (CBT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) with classical trainings. I am a self-proclaimed nerd where I am always learning whether it be formal training or in an educational setting; my goal is to be a model of healthy growth, with a mindset of understanding.

In my free time I volunteer in Search and Rescue, play in a local band where all of us have ADHD, then relax with my dogs in nature (kayaking, hiking, rock climbing). I hope to see we are a good fit!
